Payment page stuck while paying order

"Transaction refused" when I'm paying for a plan?

It means you have an oversea payment limitation issue if the credit card you pay for the iFontCloud plan is not a Taiwan local bank. Cantact to the credit card bank and check your payment limitation or pay by the others card may solve this issue.

I need a special service plan/package

What is PV?

PV is Pageview abbreviation represents a single page was viewed times. That is, when a visitor visits You have applied iFontCloud font page, it will be calculated once PV.

Do I have invoice/receipt for my purchase?

As long as domestic buyers, we will invoice by ROC type you choose to send an invoice to you.

Do I need a iFontCloud account to use service?

iFontCloud services has two types according to your member status shown below:

Non-Member: Contains a list of fonts, font Subscription Font, Web Font page etc.

Member Services: Non-members include all services, as well as personal information management, shopping cart, view licensed fonts, font setting network, shopping records ... and member exclusive features.

I forgot my password

If you forget your password, please click "Login" and click on "Forgot Password", enter your registered e-mail, press [Submit]. System will Enclosed password to your registered Email mailbox.

Remind you: Please change your password frequently for account security safety.

I didn't receive certification letter

Please click "Register" and click "I did not receive certification letter, please resent"; enter your registered Email, press the "submit". We will resent a certified letter to your mailbox.

Can I have free trial again?

To provide a well understanding on applying the Web Font operating for designers, iFontCloud provides one-month free trial for every new account. Please according to the actual needs of individuals or enterprises, to [Plan] page select the appropriate program after free trial expired.

Where to download fonts after purchased an order?

You need to install Font Manager to download fonts to your computer. Link to " Plan " page and choose a proper version according to your OS; you're able to download fonts after installation finished.
