- Using Multiple Accounts
All accounts must be converted to the new system.
Let's assume you have a total of 3 accounts, and each account has 1 order, for a total of 3 orders. If you wish to consolidate all your orders under a single account (1 account with 1 order, and the order contains 3 authorizations) in the future, here's what you need to do: When your orders expire and you need to renew, select one of your accounts to create a new order for purchase. All the fonts will need to be re-downloaded.
- Using a Single Account with Multiple Orders/Single Account with Multiple Authorizations
After the account has been successfully converted to the new system, you will need to manage your authorizations by distributing them to multiple different user accounts in the Authorization Management page. When distributing orders, you can create new user accounts. Users must verify their email by clicking on the verification link sent to their email. Only after the email is verified can the user account be used.

B.Custom Groups: Create groups to categorize and manage fonts according to usage habits. You can share your own groups with others and obtain shared codes to import groups into your iFontCloud.

D.Search and Display: Enter keywords to find fonts and adjust the font size for display.
E.Main Function Area: Display font previews, install, download, and set favorite fonts.
F.Function List: Provides a beginner's guide, preference settings, latest news, order information, user information.

Three: Instructions for Basic Operations
I、Font Installation
A. Installing All Fonts on Your Computer
- For all fonts in the package
In "My Fonts," left-click or right-click and select "..." and choose "Install All" to install all the fonts included in the purchased package.
- For fonts in a specific group
In a pre-made group, left-click or right-click and select "..." and choose "Install All" to install all the fonts within that group.
B.Installing the Selected Fonts on Your Computer
- Windows: Hold down the Ctrl key and left-click to select multiple fonts. Then, right-click and choose "Install" to install the selected fonts.
Pro Tip: Ctrl+A selects all fonts. - Mac: Hold down the Command key and left-click to select multiple fonts. Then, right-click and choose "Install" to install the selected fonts.

C. Installing a Font Family or Single Font on Your Computer
Select the font you want to install and click "". Once the installation is complete, the icon will display " ".
After the font is installed, open the software you want to use, and you can then access and use the font.
If you had editing software (like Word) open before installing the font, you might need to close and reopen it to be able to select the newly installed font.
D.Installing a Single Font on Your Computer

II、Removing Fonts
A. Removing All Installed Fonts on Your Computer
- For all fonts in the package
In "My Fonts," left-click or right-click and select "..." and choose "Uninstall All" to remove all the fonts included in the purchased package.
B.Removing Multiple Installed Fonts on Your Computer
- Windows: Hold down the Ctrl key and left-click to select multiple fonts. Then, right-click and choose "Uninstall" to remove the selected fonts.
- Mac: Hold down the Command key and left-click to select multiple fonts. Then, right-click and choose "Uninstall" to remove the selected fonts.
C. Removing a Font Family or Single Font on Your Computer
To remove all fonts: Select the font you want to remove, and click " " to remove all the fonts.
D.Removing a Single Font on Your Computer
Select the individual font you want to remove, and it will be uninstalled.
The font's primary icon will display " " to indicate that some fonts from this family are installed. Click on "Font Family" to expand it, and then select the individual font you want to remove.
III、Setting Favorite Fonts
You can set fonts as favorites, and they will appear in the "Favorite Fonts" page.
- Setting a Font Family as a Favorite Font
Select the font family you want to mark as a favorite. After setting it as a favorite, the icon will display " ". - Setting a Single Font as a Favorite Font
Select the individual font you want to mark as a favorite. After setting it as a favorite, the icon will display "". The primary icon of the font family will also show "" to indicate that some fonts from this family are marked as favorites.
IV、Custom Group Settings
- Adding a GroupTo add a group, click on the "+" icon, and a new group will be created with the default name "NewGroup 1." You can modify the group's name and add fonts to it.
To change the group name, double-click the group's name. - Adding/Removing Fonts to/from a Group
Adding Fonts: Select the desired fonts, hold the left mouse button, and drag them over the group's name. This will add the fonts to the selected group.
Removing Fonts
‧ Windows:Windows: In the group where you want to delete fonts, right-click the font you want to remove and choose "Delete" from the menu.
‧ Mac:Within the group, select the font you want to delete and press the "Delete" key to remove it. - Sharing a Group
A. Sharing a Group: You can make your group available for others to follow.
Click on the group you want to share, left-click or right-click, and choose "Share Group." By default, sharing will be turned off.
B. Turning off a Shared Group
If you wish to stop sharing a group that you shared previously, click on the shared group, left-click or right-click, and choose "Share Group." Turn off the sharing toggle to stop sharing. - Following a Group: To follow someone else's group, enter their sharing code.
In the "Custom Groups" section, click the "+" icon and choose "Import Group."
There are two modes for following a group: sync updates or save a copy of the content.
After making your choice, enter the sharing code and click "Confirm" to access the content of someone else's group.

V、 Font Search
There are two ways to search for fonts
- Keyword Search
Enter the text you want to search for, and the search results will be displayed below instantly.
- Basic Filters
You can single-select or multi-select options for type, weight, language, and attributes/applications. The fonts matching your selections will be displayed on the left side.
VI、Font Trial
The trial period for a single font is 60 minutes. Here are the steps for font trial:

On the iFontCloud website, find the page for the font you want to trial. Click the "Trial" button. Upon successful addition, a message will appear: "Successfully added to the trial list. Please install the font in the font management tool."

- Open iFontCloud.
- Click on the "Trial Fonts" page to see the added trial fonts.
- Left-click on " " to install the font.
" " indicates that the font installation was successful. The 60-minute countdown begins once the font is installed.
- Please do not close iFontCloud. Keep it running and open the software you want to use. Check whether the software displays the installed trial font. If the software does not show the installed trial font, it means that the software does not support cloud fonts.
Four:Preferences
- Default Language
Change the display language of iFontCloud. - Appearance
Switch between light mode and dark mode. - Auto Start (Windows Only)
Automatically open iFontCloud and load the fonts that were installed before the last shutdown when the computer starts. - Diagnostic Mode (Mac Only)
Toggle the diagnostic mode on or off. When enabled, it provides a complete diagnostic log. - Domain
Proxy settings. - Expiration Notifications
Enable or disable expiration reminder notifications. iFontCloud will notify users of upcoming order expirations based on the user's specified number of days before the expiration. Messages will appear to inform users that their orders are nearing expiration, and these messages will be stored in the "Message Information" page. - Clear Cache
Clear the cache of fonts that are not currently installed, so that new font files can be obtained when re-downloading.
Five:Message Information
This section provides announcements and updates on the latest fonts available for use.
If you have enabled "Expiration Notifications" in the settings, information about order expiration notifications will be displayed on this page.
Six:Order Information
This section displays the orders available to the user.
Orders are categorized into those that were self-purchased and those that were authorized by other users.
For orders that the user has purchased themselves, they can renew the order up to 3 months before or after the order's expiration.
If there is a need to modify or remove the authorization of an order, click on "Authorization Management." This will redirect you to the iFontCloud Wen Ding Cloud Font Library website for order management.
Seven: User Information
In this section, you can view your user information, access user manuals, and check your current application version.
If you encounter any issues while using the application, you can use the "Report a Problem" feature to describe the situation you are facing, and our team will assist you.
If you need to switch users, simply click "Log Out" to change users.
Eight: Authorization Management Page
In the new version of iFontCloud, user licenses are issued based on the number of users.The Authorization Management page allows you to allocate licenses to your own account or other user accounts.
The page is initially displayed with orders sorted in order of schemes.
A:It displays the current account and provides two sorting options: sorting by order scheme and sorting by bound accounts.
B:You can search for orders by order number or scheme name, and filter to view orders that have been assigned and those that are unassigned.
C:The list of orders that can be assigned for authorization.
After converting accounts from the old system to the new system (new accounts are set as new system by default), the system will automatically assign all available authorizations to your account. Users can manually remove authorizations from their own accounts and assign them to other user accounts.
Remove: Removes the order authorization assigned to the user.
Account Status
- Accounts that are iFontCloud members and have completed authentication are marked as " ".
- When assigning order authorizations to users who are not yet iFontCloud members, the new user accounts need to receive a verification email to activate their accounts. If the verification email is not received, users can click "Resend Verification Email" to have it resent.
Accounts that are not yet activated will be marked as " " and cannot be used.
Sorting by bound accounts
You can arrange the list by account and see which accounts have been assigned orders.
By clicking "Add Scheme," you can directly assign an order to the selected account.
You can view the list of orders authorized for your own account.
The list includes orders authorized to your own account as well as those authorized by other users.
Authorization Management Steps
Step 1: If your account is using the new version, you will see the Authorization Management page. If your account is using the old version, you will see the Lease Management page.
Step 2: All orders are initially assigned to your own account by default.
Step 3: Users can manually remove authorizations from their own accounts or assign order authorizations to other user accounts.
Step 4: Use the "Schemes I Can Use" page to view the orders that your account can use, including orders authorized to your own account and those authorized by other users.
Nine: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is iFontCloud flagged by antivirus software as having a virus?
A:Please rest assured when installing and using iFontCloud. There are no hidden viruses or suspicious code within iFontCloud. Antivirus software evaluates whether the software is common or not based on their virus database, and if it's not a commonly known software, it might raise a risk warning.
Q: I can't log into iFontCloud.
A:Please make sure your internet connection is working properly.
Q: Does iFontCloud require an internet connection to use fonts?
A:Leased fonts can be used offline for up to 14 days. Install the fonts you need in an environment with an internet connection, and those installed fonts can be used offline for up to 14 days.
Q:Can I authorize someone else to use a leased font that I purchased?
A:Yes, you can. You can decide whether to authorize yourself or other users to use the font.
Q: I have a desktop and a laptop. Will my data be retained when I switch between computers?
A:Yes, your data, including installed fonts, custom groups, and preferences (including expiration notification days and appearance settings), will be retained.
Q:I installed fonts, but I can't see them in other software. What should I do?
A:Try restarting the software where you want to use the fonts. If you have just started your computer, please wait for iFontCloud to fully load the fonts (the loading time may vary depending on the number of fonts) before opening the software.
Q:What does the leased font license cover?
A:The leased font license covers various uses, including graphic design, trademarks, video subtitles, and more during the leasing period for commercial purposes. However, it cannot be used for trademark registration. After the leasing period expires, any completed works can still be used for commercial purposes. If you need to make further edits, you will need to lease the relevant fonts again.
